How to get ParkMobile parking receipts

ParkMobile keeps recent sessions in the app and emails a confirmation for each one. For an expense report, the confirmation email is often the easiest receipt to use.
Recent sessions in the app
- Tap the Activity icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Tap the History tab at the top right to see your recent transactions.
Email receipts
Each parking session's confirmation email works as a receipt, and ParkMobile accepts it as proof when you dispute a ticket. In gated garages, a receipt is emailed once you exit. If your account is registered under an Apple ID security email, ParkMobile emails can land in spam or trash. Check there first.
Transaction fees
Many locations add a per-session transaction fee on top of the parking rate, and the amount depends on the city or operator. It appears on the session receipt, which is why the receipt rather than the posted rate is the number to expense.
ParkMobile for Business
Personal accounts only see recent sessions in the app. Business accounts can see every transaction for the life of the account online, build reports by date, employee or vehicle, and export the parking history from Personal Pages as an Excel or CSV file. On fleet accounts, each driver gets email confirmations of their own sessions.
If you get a ticket after paying
Keep the confirmation email for the session. It is the evidence ParkMobile points to when disputing a violation issued after you paid.
ParkMobile sessions logged as you park
Parking is small and frequent, which makes it the expense most often lost. Every session's confirmation email can be filed by email receipt capture the moment it arrives, rate and fee included. On a business account, connect the login and our AI agent signs in each month and downloads the exported history through bill fetching, ready to attach to expense reports by employee.
