How to view or print a Newegg invoice

With a Newegg account

1. Open My Account, then Order History.
2. Select Order Details / Invoice on the order.
3. Print it, or use your browser's print-to-PDF to save a copy.

Guest orders

Use Find Your Order with the order number and the email you used at checkout. Guest orders do not appear in an account's order history.

If an order is missing

The usual reason is that the order was placed with a different email address than the account you are signed in to.

Sales tax exemption

Newegg charges sales tax where it is required to collect it. Tax-exempt organizations and resellers apply through Manage Account, Tax Exemption Application, or during checkout, with a certificate showing the business name, exemption number, a current-year date and Newegg's seller name and address. Approval takes about 2 business days and applies to future orders.

Purchase orders

Newegg.com does not accept purchase orders. Businesses, government and schools may be able to use them on NeweggBusiness.com.

Newegg orders recorded with the invoice

Hardware bought for work may need to be recorded as equipment, and the invoice, with its tax and shipping, is what supports it. Newegg's order emails can be filed by email receipt capture the moment they arrive. For the invoice itself, connect your Newegg account and our AI agent signs in to Order History and saves each Order Details / Invoice page as a PDF through bill fetching, ready for the expense report.
