How to get a Netflix receipt or invoice

To get a Netflix receipt, sign in, open Payment History and select View beside a charge for a printable invoice that shows the taxes. Netflix only shows the last year of charges; anything older is on your card statement. This works when you pay Netflix directly, not through a partner.
Printing an invoice
- Sign in to your Netflix account and open Payment History.
- Select View next to a charge to open a printable invoice, which shows any applicable taxes.
- Or print the whole Payment History page to get every charge from the last year.
How far back it goes
Netflix only shows one year of billing history. For anything older, check with your bank or card issuer.
Why the billing date moves
You cannot change your billing date directly; the only way is to cancel and restart on the day you want. A failed payment can also move it, because the date resets to whenever the payment finally goes through.
Changing how you pay
Update or add a card on the Manage payment info page. Netflix gift cards are redeemed on your account page and applied to your bill, except on accounts billed through Apple.
Paying through another company
If Netflix is billed through your phone, TV or internet provider, sign in to that provider's account for the billing history, and expect the Netflix billing date to differ from the provider's. If you pay through Apple, the receipt comes from Apple. If you pay with PayPal, the charges also appear in your PayPal activity and receipt emails.
Netflix charges, tracked without the yearly cliff
Netflix only keeps twelve months, which matters for a production company, a bar with screens or anyone who expenses a streaming plan. Connect the Netflix account and our AI agent signs in after each billing date and saves the invoice with its taxes, through bill fetching, and the history keeps growing past a year. If you pay through PayPal or Apple, their receipt emails can be filed by email receipt capture instead, and subscription tracking shows the plan price after each increase.
