How to get a Midjourney invoice

With an active subscription

1. Log in to midjourney.com.
2. Open the Manage Subscription page.
3. Click View Invoices to open the billing portal.
4. Scroll to Invoice History and click any invoice to view it.

After your subscription ends

Once a plan has ended, the View Invoices button disappears. Enter your email address on Midjourney's billing portal request form and a link arrives within a few minutes; check spam if it does not. If the same email also has a Midjourney Magazine subscription, the link may open the magazine's billing portal instead, and billing support can sort it out.

Buying as a business

At checkout, tick I'm purchasing as a business, which appears after your payment and address details when taxes apply, and enter your tax ID, such as an EIN or a VAT number. It then appears on future invoices. Already subscribed? Click Edit Billing on the Manage Subscription page and use Update Information under Billing and Shipping Information. Billing support cannot alter past invoices.

Invoice lookup and tax charges

Invoice History in the portal is the lookup. Stripe, Midjourney's payment processor, calculates sales tax or VAT at checkout from your billing information, and billing support cannot modify it. A tax-exempt organization contacts billing support with its documentation and a VAT number with prefix where relevant. Companies with more than $1,000,000 USD in yearly gross revenue must be on the Pro or Mega plan.

Image generation plans often sit on a designer's own card.
