Les Schwab

At Les Schwab, the invoice you get at the counter is more than a receipt: the tire warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the tires listed on the attached original invoice, and a claim needs both the tires and that invoice. If you pay with a Les Schwab credit account, My Les Schwab also shows your transaction history and current balance and lets you download monthly statements.

Your invoice is the tire warranty

The Les Schwab Tire Warranty comes with every tire purchase at no extra cost and covers road hazard protection, free maintenance, a 60-day satisfaction guarantee and, where it applies, a tread life warranty. Its written terms tie all of it to the paperwork:

  • Coverage belongs to the original purchaser of the tires named on the original invoice.
  • The limited warranty for tread life is not valid unless the covered tires and the original invoice come in together.
  • A tread life adjustment is pro-rated on the original purchase price, excluding Federal Excise Tax, which is printed on that invoice.

Lose the invoice and you lose the easiest proof of the price that sets your credit.

Transaction history lookup for credit customers

  1. Sign up for or log in to My Les Schwab.
  2. Click Verify Credit Account and enter the 9-digit account number and the phone number on the account.
  3. View transaction history and your balance, set up recurring payments, or download monthly statements.

Les Schwab changed its credit account numbers. Text ACCOUNT to 52225 from the account's primary phone number to receive the new 9-digit number, or read it on your monthly statement. Account Services is at 844-486-5252 and accountservices@lesschwab.com. Under the credit terms, transaction receipts, statements and other account records can be delivered electronically.

Statements and payment timing

When there is a balance, Les Schwab issues a monthly statement after the 25th of the month. Payment is due before the 15th of the following month (the 20th in California). Purchases paid within 90 days of the purchase date have their interest charges reversed under the same-as-cash terms. Pay online, by phone at 844-486-5252, by mail with the statement envelope, or at a store.

Maintenance that keeps the warranty alive

Covered tires may be rotated free every 5,000 miles, and tires not regularly rotated void the limited warranty. Flat repairs, rebalancing, air checks and visual brake and alignment checks are free for the life of covered tires. Each of those free visits is part of the record you may need to show.

Fleet and commercial customers

Fleet customers get dedicated 1-800 numbers through their fleet representative, and Les Schwab offers commercial credit with its own terms.

Les Schwab invoices for work trucks and family cars

A paper invoice in the glovebox is exposed to coffee, sun and a car sale. A contractor with three trucks on Les Schwab tires needs each invoice for the warranty and the books. Take a photo of every Les Schwab invoice in the Smartbills app. For credit customers, bill fetching sends our AI agent to sign in to My Les Schwab and save each monthly statement, and expense reports split tire spending by vehicle.
