How to get a LegalZoom receipt

LegalZoom receipts are printed from My Account. For an order that is still in progress, click the printer icon next to the order number under the Open Orders tab. For a finished order, open it from Completed Orders and click the printer icon there. Every payment is also listed, with its own receipt, in Payment History.
Payment History: the charge lookup
Sign in, go to the Account tab and open Payment History. Each payment shows more details and an option to print a receipt. This is the page to check when a card charge from LegalZoom does not ring a bell. If a payment you made is missing from the list, LegalZoom asks you to call (888) 310-0151.
Receipts for formation and filing orders
An LLC formation, a trademark filing or a registered agent order each appears as its own order. The receipt printed from that order is the cleanest record of what the formation cost, including the state fee LegalZoom paid for you. Print it once the order completes so the final total is shown.
Your filed documents
Some documents can be downloaded: open Completed Orders, click the document name or order number, and use the Download Center. Others arrive by mail. When a document you need is not in the Download Center, write to support@legalzoom.com for a copy.
Forms & eSign subscriptions
A Forms & eSign plan is listed under Subscriptions in your profile, reached from the top right of the page. The original confirmation email holds the plan details, billing information and receipt. Monthly and yearly eSign plans and the yearly unlimited plan renew automatically, and renewal rates can change. Paid eSignature plans carry a 30-day full refund window under the LZ Guarantee.
Formation costs filed from day one
The receipts for setting up a company are among the first business records you will ever need, and they often sit in a personal inbox. Our AI agent can sign in to My Account and collect each LegalZoom receipt through bill fetching. Subscription confirmations are filed by email receipt capture, and start-up costs are grouped for your first tax receipts.
