How to get a ZipRecruiter invoice

ZipRecruiter employers find invoices and receipts by clicking the gray silhouette in the upper right corner, then Subscription and Invoices/receipts. The page shows your purchase history, including auto-renewal payments, added features and premium posts. Click an Invoice ID to open the full document and use the Print button at the top right.
Invoice lookup in your purchase history
Every charge has its own Invoice ID. Auto-renewals appear alongside one-off purchases such as a premium post, which makes this page the place to explain a card charge from ZipRecruiter. Printing to PDF from the invoice page gives you a file for your records.
When ZipRecruiter invoices you
Invoicing is available on longer plans, such as three-month terms and up, and on Enterprise plans. Invoices carry Net 30 terms and must be paid in full in one payment. Month-to-month plans are charged instead, and auto-renewal charges still produce an invoice or receipt in the same list, which is the document to keep.
Paying a ZipRecruiter invoice
- Card: open My Account > Subscription > Invoices/Receipts, select the Invoice ID, then choose Pay by Credit Card under the invoice number.
- Check: payable to ZipRecruiter, Inc., mailed to P.O. Box 102827, Pasadena, CA 91189-2827, with your invoice number referenced.
- ACH or wire: the bank details are printed at the bottom of each invoice.
Keeping hiring costs separate
Job board spend tends to come in bursts around a hiring push. Tag each invoice with the role it was for, since one premium post and one subscription month can cover different openings. Contact ZipRecruiter's employer support from the help center if an invoice does not match what you ordered.
ZipRecruiter invoices filed by role
Auto-renewals keep charging long after the job is filled, and the invoices pile up unseen. Connect your ZipRecruiter employer login and our AI agent saves each new invoice and receipt through bill fetching. The cost of each hire then shows in expense reports, and the year's recruiting spend is ready for tax receipts.
