How to get a ZenBusiness invoice

ZenBusiness invoices are under the Profile icon > Billing once you log in at zenbusiness.com. Past charges are listed by date, amount and description, and clicking one opens the full invoice. Save it as a PDF with your browser's Print option, one invoice at a time.
Billing history, step by step
- Log in at zenbusiness.com.
- Open the Profile icon and choose Billing.
- Find the charge by date, amount or description.
- Click it to open the invoice.
- Print to PDF to keep a copy.
ZenBusiness billing history has no bulk export. If you need many invoices at once, for an audit or a new accountant, ZenBusiness support may be able to help.
State filing fees on the invoice
State fees appear as a line item on the ZenBusiness invoice, but ZenBusiness does not keep them. They are paid directly to your state government. Record them as a government filing cost, separate from the ZenBusiness service fee on the same invoice.
Annual renewals and card charges
ZenBusiness names annual subscription renewals as the most common reason for an unexpected charge. They renew automatically about 12 months after purchase, after renewal reminder emails that are worth looking for in your spam folder. On a card statement, charges read "ZenBusiness" or "ZB*". Compare the invoice date with your signup date, and contact support quickly if a renewal was unwanted, since annual subscriptions are generally refundable within 30 days of renewal.
Seeing and cancelling subscriptions
Active subscriptions are under Profile icon > Billing > Subscriptions. Most services are cancelled from Account Settings > Subscriptions. Money Pro is the exception, cancelled from ZenBusiness Money settings.
ZenBusiness invoices saved without printing each one
With no bulk export, a few years of formation, registered agent and compliance invoices means a lot of clicking. Connect your ZenBusiness login and our AI agent opens Billing and saves each invoice as it posts, through bill fetching. State fees and service fees are kept apart for your tax receipts, and renewals show up in expense reports before they surprise anyone.
