In the new Leadpages, invoices are under Billing: go to Dashboard, then Billing, or Account, then Billing, and open Invoices, where each one downloads as a PDF. In Classic Leadpages, click your account name at the top left, choose Billing, click View Billing History, then View Order Details for the order, and print or download the invoice there.
Classic billing history
The Classic route opens an Order Overview page listing previous orders. Each order's details page offers Print or Download, and Leadpages describes this page as the place to customize and download your receipts. The billing address on those receipts is the one on file, which you update in your billing information.
Invoices from before February 4, 2026
Leadpages moved to a new payment platform on February 4, 2026, and earlier invoices do not appear in your account. If you were a customer before that date, ask Leadpages support for copies of the older charges.
VAT and tax on the invoice
Depending on your location, taxes may apply to the subscription, based on your billing address. VAT or GST may be added according to your country, and tax details show on the invoice. To have a VAT ID added to the account, contact Leadpages support.
Card payments and failed charges
The new Leadpages takes credit cards through Stripe and does not support PayPal. If a payment fails, Leadpages retries 3 times over 7 days before downgrading the account. AI credit top-ups bought from the Billing page are one-time purchases with their own charges. An older note in Leadpages' help explains why an American Express statement may briefly show 2CO.com: that is the merchant processor's temporary description.
Leadpages invoices across the platform switch
The 2026 payment platform change split Leadpages history in two, with older invoices only available on request. Our AI agent logs in to Leadpages with your credentials and saves each new PDF from Billing, then Invoices, through bill fetching. Copies support sends by email for the older charges are filed by email receipt capture, and the subscription plus top-ups go into your tax receipts.
