To find a Keurig order receipt, start with the order confirmation email Keurig sends to the address you used at checkout. With a Keurig.com account, sign in, hover over the profile icon and choose Track My Orders, then open the order number for its details. Auto-Delivery subscribers click Order History to see orders already placed.
The confirmation emails
Every Keurig.com order sends a confirmation of the order details to the email address entered at checkout. A second email follows when the order ships, with the tracking information. Keep the first one: it is the record of what you paid.
Orders in your Keurig.com account
- Sign in and hover over the profile icon in the top right.
- Select Track My Orders to reach the Orders page.
- Open the order number to see its details and status.
Looking for an older order? Select ORDERS in the header.
Auto-Delivery orders
Offices that get pods on a schedule usually use Auto-Delivery. For subscribers, Track My Orders opens the Auto-Delivery Orders page first; select Order History to see the shipments already placed and charged.
Keurig for the office
Commercial brewers and business supplies have their own Keurig support site, with an order inquiries line at 1-866-669-8922. Call them when an order is missing from your account or you need details the order page does not show.
