How to get a Kajabi invoice

Plan invoices on the Billing tab

The upcoming bill section shows the next billing date and amount, with a View invoice option for the invoice to come. Below it, the invoices section lists past ones. The tab shows only the 10 most recent; for older invoices, contact Kajabi support. Kajabi's subscription invoices are sent through Stripe.

Kajabi Payments processing fee invoices

After each month closes, Kajabi generates a processing fee invoice for your site automatically. Find it in Settings, then Documents, and download it from there. The history goes back to January 2024. This is the document that shows what Kajabi Payments charged you for processing customer payments, separate from the plan itself.

Receipts you give your customers

Your buyers get their own receipts. To download one, go to Sales, Payments, Transactions, search the customer's email, click the amount, then choose View and send receipt from the more options menu and click Download receipt. For many at once, use Export under Sales, then Transactions, choose a date range and the ZIP (receipts only) format; Kajabi emails when it is ready and the link expires after 7 days.

What customers receive automatically

Under Settings, Customer Payments, Receipts, you choose which successful transactions send a receipt email, for example only the first charge of a subscription. With PDF attachments on, the email carries a PDF copy, and customers can download their receipts from their Customer Settings.

Creators often file the plan invoice and forget the separate monthly fee invoice in Documents.
