How to get a Podia invoice

Podia plan invoices are in the Billing area of your Admin dashboard. From your home feed, click your site name, select Admin, click Billing in the sidebar and scroll to the Invoices area. Click an invoice to see its billing details, then click the PDF button to save a copy.
How long Podia keeps invoices
Podia keeps invoices for a limited time. For an older one, contact Podia support; they check whether it still exists and send it to the email on your Podia account. Podia does not offer a CSV export of plan payments, which makes downloading each PDF while it is listed the safer habit.
Mover plan transaction fees
Only the Mover plan has transaction fees, 5% per sale on both the monthly and annual versions. Shaker and Earthquaker have none. Podia deducts the fee from each sale before paying you out, and it never appears on your Podia billing invoice. Stripe or PayPal also take their own processing fee from each sale.
Where to see those fees
In the Admin dashboard, go to Sales, search for the sale's invoice and open it; the page breaks down the payment including Podia's fee. For totals, download the Invoices Export, which Podia recommends for tracking fees across every sale. Only the account owner sees these fees. Your customers see only the total they paid.
Podia invoice lookup
The Invoices area under Billing is the lookup for what Podia charges you, and Sales is the lookup for each customer payment and its fee. Sales has a search for pulling up a single sale's invoice. Mixing the two up is the most common reason a Mover creator's fee total looks wrong.
Podia plan invoices before they expire
Since Podia only keeps plan invoices for a while, saving them as they are issued is what protects the record. Our AI agent signs in to Podia with your login and downloads each invoice from Billing through bill fetching. Mover creators can pair those with the fee totals from the Invoices Export in their tax receipts. A Podia plan paid on a personal card for a side business can go on an expense report.
