Your Jiffy Lube receipt is the invoice the service center hands you after the oil change, with its invoice number in the top right corner. To keep your history online, create a MyJiffyLube account, which stores previous service records and service recommendations in one place. To ask about an older visit, use Jiffy Lube's customer feedback form and choose the Service History category.
Reading the invoice
Jiffy Lube says the invoice number shows which services were performed and by which technicians. It is the reference to quote whenever you contact Jiffy Lube about a visit, and it is the document the warranty asks for.

Asking about a past visit
The customer feedback form on jiffylube.com has a Service History type of feedback. Along with your name and contact details, it asks for:
- the Jiffy Lube service center number (Jiffy Lube warns that leaving it out can delay your case)
- the service date
- the invoice number
- the license plate state and number
The form also has a MyJiffyLube / Estimate type for questions about the online account.
Why the original invoice matters
Jiffy Lube's nationwide limited warranty requires you to keep a copy of your original repair invoice and present it when you seek service under the warranty. If you are less than 25 miles from the original repair facility, you return the vehicle there and show your copy of that invoice.
Fleet accounts
Businesses running several vehicles can join the Jiffy Lube Fleet Program. National and local billed fleets get consolidated billing, with several invoice and statement delivery options to choose from. Cash fleets skip consolidated billing and pay at the time of service, and purchase controls let you set limits on what drivers can spend.
One oil change invoice, two jobs
An oil change invoice is both the expense record and the proof Jiffy Lube wants for a warranty claim. A photo of it in the receipt scanner keeps a copy safe even if the paper goes missing from the glovebox. Drivers claiming fleet maintenance add it to their expense report, and owners keep every service invoice for the year under tax receipts.
