How to get a Hugging Face invoice

Hugging Face lists every invoice at huggingface.co/settings/billing/invoices, where each one can be viewed and downloaded, and it also emails them. Organizations have billing settings of their own, where the payment method and any cloud marketplace link appear.
PRO, Team and Enterprise subscriptions
PRO, Team and Enterprise are billed like typical subscriptions and renew automatically. All subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month, and a first month started mid-month is prorated, which explains a second charge a few days after signing up. Team plans pay by credit card or through an AWS or Google Cloud account; Enterprise moves to an annual contract. At renewal, Team and Enterprise seats adjust to the number of organization members.
Compute usage is invoiced separately
Spaces, Inference Endpoints and Inference Providers are billed by usage, separately from subscriptions and private storage. Compute invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, and you can monitor usage at any time from the billing dashboard in your user or organization settings.
Tax ID, PO number and business name
When adding or updating a card at huggingface.co/settings/billing/payment, check Additional invoicing information. You can then enter a business name and invoicing details such as a tax ID, PO number or company registration number, which appear on your invoices. For more help, email billing@huggingface.co.
Invoice lookup with cloud marketplace billing
When an organization links AWS Marketplace or Google Cloud Marketplace, its Hugging Face compute usage is metered and appears on the cloud provider's bill instead of a card charge. Organizations with a card on file switch at the start of the next billing period once Hugging Face approves the subscription. From then on, the lookup for that usage is your AWS or Google Cloud invoice.
Hugging Face invoices for subscriptions and compute
A team using Hugging Face can get a subscription invoice, a compute invoice and sometimes a cloud bill line, all for one month. Connect the account and our AI agent downloads the subscription and compute invoices from the invoices page with bill fetching. The emailed copies are filed by email receipt capture, and the PO number you add travels with each one into an expense report.
