How to get a Framer invoice

Framer invoices are reached from your workspace settings. Open the Dashboard, go to workspace settings, choose the Plans tab and click View Invoices. Framer sends you to its billing provider's portal, where every invoice for the workspace can be viewed and downloaded at any time.
Invoices belong to the workspace
Invoices are not linked to individual projects. They cover the workspace's subscriptions: Site plans, editor seats and other billed services. If a charge is hard to place, Framer's support team can help identify it through the Contact page.
Why there are several invoices now
Framer's new billing system, launched on May 27, 2026, bills sites and add-ons separately instead of on one combined invoice. Site plans, add-ons, editor seats and other services each get their own charges. Framer says a single combined invoice is not supported, though it is exploring one. Existing accounts are being migrated gradually, and you can switch early from the bottom of the Plans tab with Switch Now.
Updating billing details
Only workspace admins can view or change billing details. On the Plans tab, click Update Billing Details and edit payment and billing information in the billing provider's portal. The details apply to every subscription in that workspace.
Downgrades become credit
Downgrading a standard Site plan during an active billing period turns the unused portion into account credit. Framer applies it automatically to later invoices until it runs out, and it cannot be paid out as a refund. Expect some upcoming invoices to show a lower amount due for that reason. Enterprise plans are handled differently.
Seats and editor pricing
The new system adds a lower-priced Content Editor seat for people who only update CMS content and localization. Full Editor seats cost the same on every plan, and seats can be bought upfront and reassigned as people join or leave.
Framer invoices for every site
With each site and add-on billed on its own, a workspace with several client sites produces a stack of invoices every cycle. Connect a workspace admin login and our AI agent collects them from the billing portal with bill fetching. Invoice emails can go to email receipt capture, and an agency can attach each site's invoice to the right client expense report.
