How to get a Bluehost receipt

Bluehost receipts are in the Bluehost Portal. Click Billing in the left-hand menu, open the Orders tab, find the transaction date and click View Receipt. From there the invoice can be viewed or downloaded. Bluehost also emails a copy of every processed transaction.
Finding a receipt in Orders
- Log in to the Bluehost Portal.
- Click Billing in the left-hand menu.
- Open the Orders tab.
- Click View Receipt next to the order.
To narrow the list, click Filters, choose a Date Range or a payment method, and click Continue. Each entry shows the invoice number, date, amount and description, and the receipt itself carries your name, address and phone number.
When receipts appear
The receipt for the purchase that sets up your account is available by midnight GMT on the purchase date. Later receipts appear as soon as payment goes through. A copy of each transaction, automatic or manual, is also emailed to the account administrator.
Receipts can't be edited
A receipt shows the contact and billing information on file when the payment was processed, and it can't be changed afterwards. Update your name, address and company details before the next renewal if they need to appear correctly.
A charge you do not recognize
Contact Bluehost billing by chat, available 24/7, or by phone. Depending on the service and how long ago it renewed, billing may cancel it or reverse the renewal. Charges confirmed as fraudulent are fully refunded.
Auto-renewal and payment
All Bluehost services renew automatically by default. Bluehost tries the payment method on file about 15 days before a service expires, and sends notices for upcoming renewals and processed transactions. Auto-renewal needs an active card or PayPal account on file. Bluehost accepts credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and checks or money orders. Renewal options are managed in the Renewal Center. Each automatic charge still produces a receipt, which is the record to keep.
Bluehost renewals on file before they hit the card
Hosting, domains and add-ons each renew on their own date. Forward Bluehost's transaction emails to email receipt capture and every renewal is filed with its receipt. Our AI agent can also sign in to the Portal and download receipts from the Orders tab with bill fetching, with sales tax kept for your tax receipts.
