How to get a Chevron receipt

To get a Chevron receipt for fuel paid in the Chevron app, open the app, tap Wallet in the bottom right corner, then History, and tap the transaction to see its receipt. Every app purchase produces a mobile receipt, and you can also ask for a printed receipt at the pump and an email receipt in your app settings. If you paid without the app, the printed receipt is your copy.
Chevron receipt lookup in Wallet history
Chevron's help pages do not describe a standalone lookup site where you type in a card number or a date. For purchases made with the Chevron or Texaco app, the Wallet is where receipts are kept:
- Open the app and stay on the Home screen.
- Tap Wallet in the bottom right corner.
- Tap History.
- Tap a transaction to open its receipt.
The same User Account transaction history is also available through the Wallet on the Chevron Texaco Rewards website, which is handy when you are reconciling a month of fill-ups from a laptop.
Printed and email copies
The in-app receipt is issued automatically and shows the savings applied to the purchase. A printed receipt at the pump and an email receipt are optional: both are switched on in your app settings.
For anyone who files fuel as a business expense, the email option is the one to turn on. It puts a copy of each fill-up in your inbox with no extra step at the pump.
Paying without the app
You do not need the Chevron or Texaco app, or the website, to earn or redeem Chevron Texaco Rewards. When you buy outside the app, the printed receipt from the pump or the register is what shows your savings. Chevron's FAQ does not describe any other copy for those purchases, which makes the paper slip worth keeping.
Before you delete your account
Deleting a User Account, from My Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account, removes it from both the app and the website. Chevron says this includes your payment methods, all transaction receipts and any earned points and rewards, and that you can no longer access them afterwards. Save the receipts you still need for an expense claim or your books before you confirm.
Chevron fill-ups on file
A receipt that only lives in the Wallet tab is easy to forget at month end. Switch on Chevron's email receipt and email receipt capture files each one as it arrives. Link your Chevron Texaco Rewards account, and our AI agent logs in to collect the receipts from your Wallet history, through bill fetching. Paid at a Chevron pump with a card and no app? Take a photo of that paper slip with the receipt scanner in the Smartbills app.
