How to get a Builders FirstSource invoice

Builders FirstSource invoices are paid and tracked in myBLDR, the company's online platform for builders. Once your account is registered there, you can pay invoices online; you can also pay at your local store. To register, you need one of your Builders FirstSource invoices dated within the last six months.
Registering for myBLDR
Keep a recent invoice at hand when you sign up, since registration asks for one from the past six months. If you have no recent invoice or cannot log in, call Customer Technical Support at 888-444-8399. You cannot open a new credit account online; that starts with a sales representative or credit account manager at your nearest location.
Paying invoices
- Online: pay through myBLDR once registered.
- In store: pay at your local Builders FirstSource location.
- By phone: not available; customer service cannot take payments over the phone.
Invoices in the myBLDR budget
The myBLDR budget tool tracks project expenses with Builders FirstSource invoices filled in for you. You can add purchase orders and cost codes and export to QuickBooks. That makes it a working job-cost view, though the invoices themselves remain the records to keep for each house.
Orders, deliveries and photos
myBLDR also lets you review quotes, submit single or multi-pack orders, request delivery dates and track deliveries to the job site. Photos of delivered products are viewable and can be shared with homebuyers, suppliers and trades in designated folders, and you control who can view or edit each module.
Invoice lookup for a past order
Builders FirstSource's FAQ does not describe a public lookup. For questions about an existing order, it points you to your sales representative. Have your customer account and the job or lot the materials went to ready when you reach out.
Builders FirstSource invoices kept per house
Framing packages, trusses and windows arrive on separate invoices over months. Connect your myBLDR login and our AI agent signs in to download each new invoice through bill fetching. The recent invoice you need to register is then always on file. Emailed invoices are saved by email receipt capture, and costs per lot add up on expense reports.
