How to get a Beacon (QXO) invoice

Beacon invoices are now handled through QXO, and the old Beacon Pro+ and bill pay pages on becn.com redirect to qxo.com. To see invoice and payment history or pay a bill, use QXO's Online Bill Payments, which runs on BillTrust. Order history and delivery tracking sit in your QXO account and the QXO app.
Beacon pages now point to QXO
The Beacon Pro+ page and the online bill payment page at becn.com both forward to qxo.com, where the brand shown throughout is QXO. If you search for an older Beacon invoice, look for QXO on the email or the statement instead.
Invoice and payment history in BillTrust
- Access invoice and payment history.
- Download billing information into your accounting software.
- Receive email notices when new invoices and statements are issued.
- Schedule payments for a future date.
Existing customers choose Existing Customer on the bill pay page; new ones start with Open an account.
Paying a QXO bill
Pay online through BillTrust or from the QXO app, which also places orders, connects you with branches and manages accounts. Paying by credit card adds a 3% surcharge where the law allows it, limited to 2% in Oklahoma. A scheduled payment still leaves an invoice behind, and that invoice is what your books need, not the payment notice.
Order history and deliveries
QXO lists order history and delivery tracking among its account features. The older Beacon Pro+ description added an order dashboard for current and previous orders, quotes you can request and approve, and order templates.
Who to call
Central, East Coast and Central Canada customers call 844-523-6514. Pacific Coast, Western Canada, Texas, Mountain and South East customers, along with Roof Depot, Dealers Choice and Waterproofing, call 844-255-4340. Email goes to customercare-1@qxo.com.
Roofing invoices collected under either name
When a supplier changes its name, invoices start arriving from a sender your filters do not know. Connect your QXO bill pay login and our AI agent signs in to download each invoice and statement through bill fetching. The new-invoice emails are caught by email receipt capture whether they say Beacon or QXO, and each roof's materials land on its own expense report.
