How to find Heroku invoices

Heroku invoices appear as web pages in your Dashboard, and Heroku charges the card on file automatically each month. Where you look depends on who pays.
Personal accounts
- Open Account Settings, then Billing.
- Select the invoice by date to display it. The invoice number at the top right matches the charge on your bank statement.
Teams
Each team is billed on its own. Select Personal on the left, open the drop-down to switch to the team view, then choose Billing under the team name.
Saving as PDF
Use the Dashboard's PDF option, or print the invoice page and save it as a PDF from your browser.
VAT or GST ID and invoice address
For a personal account, use Add invoice address in Billing and put the VAT or GST ID in the Other field. Teams cannot set a separate invoice address: the address comes from the card. Replace or re-enter the card and put the ID in Additional information. Heroku billing support can then reissue the current invoice and the two before it, but not older ones.
Tax
Heroku collects sales tax only in certain US states, based on the billing address. VAT and similar taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not on Heroku's invoices.
Payment receipts
Heroku billing support can provide a receipt for a recent invoice payment. For a team, the request must come from an admin.
Heroku Enterprise
Enterprise invoices come from Salesforce. The billing team emails a PDF to the primary billing contact on the contract between the 8th and 10th of each month.
Heroku invoices kept before you need them
Because Heroku invoices are web pages rather than emails with attachments, they rarely make it into the books unless someone saves them. Connect a team admin login and our AI agent signs in after each monthly charge and saves every team's invoice as a PDF with bill fetching. Enterprise invoices from Salesforce arrive by email, where email receipt capture picks them up, and subscription tracking shows the dyno and add-on spend each month.
