To find an Audible charge or receipt, select your username, then Membership details and Purchase history, and use the View menu to switch between orders, membership charges and refunds. A membership renews on the same day each month or year, based on when you signed up.
On a computer
- Select your username in the top navigation.
- Select Membership details, then Purchase history.
- Use the View drop-down to switch between orders, pre-orders, membership charges and refunds.
On a phone browser
Open the main menu, select your username and choose Purchase history under your account. Use Refine to filter by order type or time frame.
When the membership charges
A membership renews on the same day each month or year, based on when you signed up. Credits usually appear once the charge goes through. If a charge is declined, Audible retries it every few days for a limited number of attempts.
Credits
Membership credits generally expire 12 months after they are issued, or when the membership ends. Credits bought through the App Store or Google Play do not expire.
A charge you do not recognize
Audible charges come from Audible, an Amazon company. Check Purchase History first. If it still does not match, contact Audible customer service with the last four digits of the card.
Audible charges captured every month
Audible sends order and membership emails to the address on the account, and email receipt capture picks those up as they arrive. For the full purchase history, including refunds that never arrive by email, connect your Audible account and our AI agent signs in after each billing date and records each charge through bill fetching. Subscription tracking shows the membership next to the rest of your monthly plans.
