How to download Vercel invoices

To download a Vercel invoice, open your account settings (or the team's Settings on a Pro team), select Invoices and choose Download PDF from the menu on the invoice row. Invoices go by email to the team's first owner unless you set a custom invoice email in Billing.
Getting a PDF
- For a personal account, open your account settings. For a Pro team, switch to the team, then open Settings.
- Select Invoices.
- Use the menu on the invoice row and choose Download PDF.
Partial invoices are labelled Partial and download the same way. The current billing cycle is under Settings, Billing.
Who receives invoices
By default, invoices go to the email of the team's first owner. Pro teams can set a custom invoice email in Billing settings. A team member with the Billing role can view invoices, and Pro teams can add one Billing seat at no charge.
VAT ID and company details
If your organization is VAT-registered, add the VAT ID in billing settings and Vercel applies the VAT treatment from your details. Enterprise teams can also edit the company name, billing address, tax ID and invoice recipient. Changes apply to future invoices only; past invoices stay as issued. Check v0 billing separately if you use it, since its settings can differ from the team's.
Before deleting a team
Download the PDFs first. Once a team is deleted, its invoices can no longer be viewed or downloaded and cannot be recovered.
Billing questions
For an unrecognised charge, or if you cannot log in, Vercel's billing team takes email at billing@vercel.com. Tax questions go to tax@vercel.com.
Vercel invoices routed to finance
Point the custom invoice email at a mailbox that email receipt capture reads and every Vercel invoice, partial ones included, is filed with its VAT as it is issued. For teams where the email has to stay with the first owner, connect a Billing-role login and our AI agent signs in and downloads each invoice from the Invoices tab with bill fetching, which also protects you from losing them when a team is deleted. Usage moves month to month; subscription tracking shows it.
