To download a Cloudflare invoice, go to Manage Account, then Billing, open Invoices and documents and select the download icon beside the invoice. Invoices appear within 24 hours of a charge. Administrators and members with the Billing role can download them, and invoice emails are opt-in.
Pulling a PDF from the dashboard
- Go to Manage Account, then Billing.
- Open the Invoices and documents tab.
- Select the download icon next to the invoice number.
If an older invoice does not appear, contact Cloudflare support. Enterprise customers receive invoices directly from Cloudflare's accounting team.
Who can download them
Super Administrators, Administrators and members with the Billing role can view invoices and download the PDFs.
Invoice emails
Invoice emails are opt-in. Turn them on from the Billing Email card, and they arrive at the end of each billing period and within one business day of any new purchase. To send them to someone else, change the billing email preference under Invoices and documents. If nothing arrives, check that noreply@notify.cloudflare.com is not being filtered.
Company name and VAT or GST number
Add your company name, VAT, GST or tax ID in the billing address or payment method settings. They apply to future invoices only; Cloudflare cannot add a tax number to an invoice already issued, and invoices are not regenerated after the fact. Pending billing changes show on the next month's invoice.
Threshold invoices
If your usage triggers a mid-cycle threshold invoice, it appears in the same list, labelled separately from the regular end-of-cycle invoice.
Failed payments
After a failed payment there is a five-day grace period. During it, you cannot upgrade or change the billing profile until the balance is paid.
Cloudflare invoices delivered to the books
Switch on invoice emails and point the billing email at a mailbox that email receipt capture reads, and every end-of-period and threshold invoice is filed the day it is issued. For accounts where the billing email has to stay with the domain owner, connect a Billing-role login and our AI agent signs in and downloads each PDF from Invoices and documents with bill fetching.
