How to download an NTTA TollTag statement

To get an NTTA TollTag statement, log in to your TollTag account, open My Account and choose View Statements. In the Tollmate app, log in and tap Statements in the bottom menu. Drivers without a TollTag receive ZipCash bills instead, which you pay through NTTA's Online Customer Service Center with the Account ID and PIN printed on the bill or with your plate.
Statements for business or tax records
NTTA pitches statements as proof of travel on its roads for business or tax purposes. They list when and where you drove, which is the detail a mileage log or client rebill needs. Both the website and Tollmate reach the same statements. Pick whichever you have open.
Airport parking receipts from transaction history
A TollTag can also pay for airport parking, and NTTA lets you download that receipt from your account:
- Log in to your TollTag account.
- Open Transaction history.
- Pick the date of the parking transaction.
- Download the PDF.
This is the document to attach when parking at the airport goes on a travel expense claim.
Paying a ZipCash bill
ZipCash bills can be paid online, by phone or in person. Online, sign in to the Online Customer Service Center at ssptrips.ntta.org with the ZipCash Account ID and PIN from the top of the bill, or with the plate number and state, and pay by credit or debit card. After paying you can print the card receipt and see tolls that have not been billed yet. By phone, call 972-818-NTTA (6882) or 817-731-NTTA (6882). Pay within 25 days of the bill to avoid late fees.
Bills for a car you no longer own
If you sold or traded the vehicle, upload the dealer's bill of sale, or file a Vehicle Transfer Notification with the Texas DMV for a private sale. NTTA asks you to call 7 to 10 business days later to confirm its records were updated.
TollTag statements saved without logging in
Statements and airport parking PDFs both sit behind the TollTag login, one download at a time. Connect the account and our AI agent signs in and saves each one through bill fetching, ready for expense reports. A ZipCash bill that arrives on paper goes in with the receipt scanner.
