How to download a Peach Pass statement

Peach Pass statements are on MyPeachPass.com. Log in to download a monthly statement or build a custom one for the dates you need, and use the Peach Pass GO! app to see every past trip and transaction. Annual statements are not currently offered. For a full year, run a custom statement over the twelve months.
Monthly or custom statements
Monthly statements cover one calendar month each. A custom statement takes any range, which suits a quarter, a project or a tax year. The date on each line is the day you drove the express lane, not the day the toll posted, which matters when a trip falls near the end of a month.
Why a trip is missing from your statement
Peach Pass says a toll typically takes 14 days to post and can take up to 30. When a transponder was not read and the plate image needs a manual review, posting can stretch to 60 days. If a trip still has not appeared after that, call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center at 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277).
Prepaid balance and replenishment
A Peach Pass account is prepaid, and you need to keep enough balance for tolls and other charges. Replenishments are charged to the card on file and can happen more than once a month when you drive a lot. Each replenishment is a card charge, but the statement is what shows which tolls that money paid for.
When an invoice arrives, and disputes
Peach Pass customers only get toll invoices in narrow cases, such as a transponder that is not mounted properly or a balance under $5. Any invoice comes from the agency that runs the road you used. To dispute a toll, log in to MyPeachPass.com, open Online Support and follow the steps. You can also file by mail or fax, at the SRTA Walk-In Center, or in the app. For a toll on another state's road, contact that state's toll agency.
Peach Pass statements stored for you
Monthly downloads are easy to forget until an accountant asks for them. Connect your MyPeachPass.com login and our AI agent signs in each month and saves the statement through bill fetching. Express lane trips for work can then be tagged and moved to an expense report, and any replenishment emails are filed by email receipt capture.
