How to download a past Eversource bill

Sign in at eversource.com and open Past Bills and Payments to see up to 36 months of prior bills. To pay without signing in, use Eversource's Speedpay credit card system. Otherwise pay in your account, in the app, by text, by phone from a bank account, by mail or in person. Auto pay draws from a bank account only.
Past Bills and Payments lookup
The account's Past Bills and Payments area covers 36 months of bills and payments. Paperless billing replaces the mailed copy with an email reminder. After enrolling, you can also ask for the PDF option: open your alert settings at eversource.com/cg/customer/alerts and choose paperless billing options. Each bill then arrives as an attachment, readable without signing in.
Paying through Speedpay without an account
Speedpay takes credit card payments with no Eversource sign-in, and the View & Pay Bill page links to it directly. A one-time gift payment toward someone else's account is a separate option on the same page.
Phone, text, mail and in person
- Phone: paying from a bank account by phone costs nothing, and the automated system runs 24/7. Keep your bank account and routing number handy.
- Text: add a bank account to your online profile, then check balances and pay with a text message.
- In person: some locations charge no fee, others up to $1.50.
- Mail: a check or money order payable to Eversource.
Auto pay rules
Set up auto pay from My Account and adjust it later on the Account Settings page. It is not available by credit card. You choose how many days before the due date the withdrawal runs, and if you pay early, auto pay takes only the remaining balance. A pending payment can't be edited: cancel it and make a one-time payment if the amount must change. Paperless or mailed, you still receive a monthly statement showing the amount to be withdrawn.
Eversource bills past 36 months
Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to Eversource each cycle and save the new bill, for every electric or gas account on your profile. If you switched on the PDF option, the attachment can go straight to email receipt capture. Utility costs for a rental or office then flow to tax receipts.
