Sign in to My Account and open My Bill Details to view and download Pepco bills. To pay without an account, Pay as a Guest Online takes Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, eCheck or a card, with convenience fees. You can also call 202-833-7500, mail a check, use the app or visit an authorized agent. AutoPay drafts your bank account with no fee.
My Bill Details lookup and Paperless eBill
Paperless eBill sends a notification each month when the bill is ready to view and download, and the electronic bill looks identical to the paper one. You need an active utility account, a My Account login and a valid email on record. Pepco's eBill page does not say how many months stay available.
Guest payments and convenience fees
Pepco expanded its one-time expedited guest payment to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and PayPal, alongside eCheck, credit and debit cards. Convenience fees apply. Signed in, you can schedule a payment from a bank account or credit card, where fees may also apply.
Phone and mail
Call 202-833-7500 to pay with a credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer, and expect possible convenience fees. Mailed checks and money orders go to Pepco, PO Box 13608, Philadelphia PA 19101-3608.
AutoPay versus Direct Debit
Pepco lists two recurring options. AutoPay, set up after logging into My Account, pays from your bank account with no fee. You choose the due date or 1 to 10 days before, and an optional payment limit warns you when a bill exceeds it. Direct Debit has its own enrollment page for recurring bank payments. Either way the bill keeps coming, and it is the record of what the draft paid for.
If a bill is hard to meet, eligible customers can use One-time Payment Delay to pay the current bill 30 days later.
Pepco bills for DC and Maryland records
Bill fetching sends our AI agent into Pepco My Account each cycle to download the bill from My Bill Details. Your files then stop depending on how long Pepco keeps them. eBill notices can go to email receipt capture, and a home office share of the bill to tax receipts.
