How to download a past BGE bill

BGE bills are under My Bill Details once you sign in to My Account at bge.com, ready to view and download. To pay without signing in, Continue as a Guest asks for your phone number and the last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN, or your account number with your ZIP code or those digits. Phone, mail, authorized agents and fee-free AutoPay cover the rest.
Guest checkout details
The guest route makes a same-day payment from a one-time bank account or credit or debit card. Scheduling a future payment, or using a saved payment method, requires signing in. Fees may apply to guest payments, and in-person agents charge fees.
Downloading past BGE bills (bill lookup)
Paperless eBill notifies you each month when the bill is ready to view and download from the website or the app. Enrollment needs an active account, a My Account login and a valid email. Commercial customers with several accounts can ask about Summary Billing, which combines billing details into one bill, through the Business Customer Service Team at 1-800-265-6177.
Phone, mail and returned payments
- Phone: 833-209-5245 with a card or bank account. A third party processes it and a convenience fee applies.
- Mail: checks payable to BGE with your account number, to BGE, P.O. Box 13070, Philadelphia, PA 19101-3070. Allow 5 to 10 business days.
- Returned payment: a $15.00 fee. A second return within 12 months ends personal checks, autopay and ACH payments for 12 months.
Setting up BGE AutoPay
AutoPay pays the monthly bill from your bank account with no fees. Choose a deduction 1 to 10 days before the due date, set an optional payment limit that triggers a notice when a bill runs higher, and pick text, email or phone alerts. For eligibility questions, call 1-800-685-0123. The bill is still issued while AutoPay runs, and it is the statement that backs up each deduction.
BGE bills beyond My Account
Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to BGE monthly and pull the bill from My Bill Details, keeping gas and electric statements for every account you hold. eBill alerts can go to email receipt capture, and business utility costs to expense reports.
