PPL Electric Utilities gives paperless customers free online access to six months of statements: click View Bill in the email or sign in, open the PDF and save it. To pay, sign in for a free bank payment, use Paymentus for a card or digital wallet, text "Pay" to TXTPPL (898775), mail a check or visit a payment center. Automatic bill payment runs on your due date at no charge.
Statement lookup and saving PDFs
Six months is the online window, which makes the save step the important one. Click View Bill in the bill-ready email, or sign in, to reach them. Each bill opens as a PDF you can store on your computer, and PPL's paperless FAQ walks through saving it in each browser. Enrolling in paperless takes a few clicks and costs nothing.
Paying PPL
- Bank account: a payment from checking or savings with no processing fee, made after signing in to your web profile.
- Card and digital wallet: Paymentus processes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.
- Text: text "Pay" to TXTPPL (898775) and answer a few questions.
- Mail: PPL Electric Utilities, P.O. Box 419054, St Louis, MO 63141-9054, with your bill account number or stub.
- Payment centers: a cash payment with your PPL Electric bill account number at a local center.
The payment options page describes no guest checkout, and its bank payment link opens the sign-in page.
Automatic bill payment
Enroll with your bank account information from the Enroll in Autopay link. PPL processes the payment free of charge on your due date. Autopay settles the balance on the bill without replacing it, and the monthly statement is still what shows the charges.
Payment plans and extensions
PPL offers payment arrangements and assistance programs to every customer, regardless of income, through its plans page.
PPL bills past the six-month window
Six months of statements will not cover a tax year. Bill fetching sends our AI agent into your PPL web profile monthly to save each PDF before it ages out. The View Bill email can go to email receipt capture, and a Pennsylvania rental's electric costs to tax receipts.
