How to download a past Evergy bill

Evergy bills, current and past, are in your online account: log in, or register first, and open your billing history. To pay, log in online or in the app, use text commands, call 1-888-471-5275, mail a check, or visit an Evergy Connect location or kiosk. Auto Pay processes the payment on your due date.
Bill history lookup
Evergy's help center answers every past-bill question the same way: log in to your account, or sign up for one. Paperless billing lets you set notices and reminders, pay online, and review or compare current and past bills. You need a program that can view, save and print PDF files.
Paperless rules worth knowing
Under the paperless terms, the posted bill counts as received and is payable on posting, and Evergy emails you when it is ready. Paperless customers agree to pay electronically, through automatic payments, online payments or another electronic option. Revert to paper and you lose eBill notices and access to bill images older than three months. Save the PDFs you need before leaving the program.
Ways to pay Evergy
- Online: log in to your account to pay anytime.
- Mobile app: iOS and Android.
- Text: pay and manage the account with quick text commands.
- Phone: 1-888-471-5275, then follow the prompts.
- Mail: a check or money order in the return envelope from your bill.
- In person: an Evergy Connect location or self-service kiosk.
The payment options page lists no online guest checkout. Paying online starts with logging in.
Auto Pay and the Average Payment Plan
Sign up for Auto Pay from the payment options page. The payment processes on your due date, and you can update or cancel it anytime. The Average Payment Plan spreads costs using an average of your last 12 months of usage and adjusts as usage changes. Neither one replaces the bill: it still posts monthly and shows the actual charges behind each payment.
Evergy bills kept outside the account
Leaving paperless cuts off older bill images, and a closed account is harder still. Bill fetching has our AI agent log in to Evergy each month and save the bill PDF to your own records. Bill-ready emails can go to email receipt capture, and Kansas or Missouri home office power costs to tax receipts.
