How to download a past Entergy bill

Entergy's PaperFREE billing gives you instant access to two years of billing history in myEntergy. Whichever of the five Entergy utilities serves you (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Orleans or Texas), you pay from myEntergy by electronic check with no fee, through Pay without signing in, or at 800-ENTERGY. AutoPay deducts each bill from your bank account.
Billing history lookup in myEntergy
Sign in to myEntergy to view your bills. PaperFREE emails each bill as soon as it is ready and opens the two-year history. The myAdvisor dashboard, in myEntergy or under the usage tab of the Entergy app, adds usage and cost details, bill history and projections.
Pay without signing in
Under "Just need to pay your bill?", the Entergy app page links to Pay without signing in, which opens myEntergy's payment page with no login. The app itself also pays bills once you sign in.
Entergy payments, with and without fees
- myEntergy by electronic check: no fee.
- Card through Speedpay online: $1.60 convenience fee.
- Phone: 800-ENTERGY (800-368-3749) or Speedpay directly at 888-822-0553, $2.50.
- moBills or text-to-pay: pay from a smartphone wallet, or reply to a bill-ready text, for $1.60 through Speedpay.
- Walk-in payment centers: cash, check or money order. A convenience fee may apply.
- Mail: a check with the bill stub in the envelope provided.
AutoPay, Pick-A-Date and Level Billing
Enroll in AutoPay at myEntergy.com/s/autopay, and the bill is withdrawn from your bank account each month. Pick-A-Date lets you choose the day you pay, and Level Billing evens out seasonal swings. AutoPay changes how you pay, not what you receive: the bill still posts every month and stays the proof of the charge.
Entergy bills beyond two years
Two years of PaperFREE history will not answer a question about an older return. Bill fetching lets our AI agent sign in to myEntergy every month and keep each bill, for any of the five Entergy utilities. PaperFREE emails can be forwarded to email receipt capture, and business-use electricity flows into expense reports.
