New account numbers in Waterloo, Woolwich and Wellesley
After a consolidation, customers in Waterloo, Woolwich and Wellesley received a new 10-digit account number, printed at the top right of the bill and on the remittance portion. Kitchener and Wilmot accounts didn't change. If you pay through online banking, add Enova Power Corp. as the payee with the new number, and TD Bank customers must re-enter the payee. Banks update pre-authorized payment customers on their own. My Account users reset their password at the first login after the change.
Invoice lookup and eBilling
Sign up for eBilling at enovapower.com/ebilling. Past invoices stay in My Account. Enova's new invoice moves the consumption details and bill breakdown to the top of page 2.
Ways to pay
- Financial institution: payee Enova Power Corp., with your account number. Allow 3 to 5 working days.
- Card: Mastercard or Visa through Paymentus online or at 1-877-481-4886, with a Paymentus service fee.
- Cheque: payable to Enova Power Corp., with the remittance slip and your account number written on it.
- Offices: 301 Victoria Street South in Kitchener and 526 Country Squire Road in Waterloo.
Pre-Authorized Payment and the Equal Payment Plan
Pre-Authorized Payment withdraws each bill from your bank account on its due date. Register with the Pre-Authorized Payment Form. The Equal Payment Plan divides estimated annual use into twelve monthly payments, due on the 1st or the 15th, reviewed at least twice a year and reconciled in the last month of the cycle. A file formatting problem delayed some pre-authorized withdrawals until February 27, 2026, and Enova said no late fees would apply. The bill is issued as usual under either plan.

A new account number and a password reset make it easy to lose track of a few invoices. Connect My Account and our AI agent saves each Enova invoice with bill fetching. eBilling emails can be captured with email receipt capture, and the invoices for a Waterloo or Kitchener rental build up for tax receipts.
