How to download an Elexicon Energy bill

Elexicon Energy bills are in my.elexicon, the online portal where you view current and past bills, check usage, pay and sign up for e-billing. With e-billing, an email tells you when each bill is ready. Business customers sign in to a separate my.elexicon for business.
Bill lookup and the new account number
Elexicon's upgraded portal came with a new account number for customers, and Elexicon's site has a lookup for it if you don't have a recent bill. Register for my.elexicon with that number. If you pay through online banking, update the payee with the new number as well.
Ways to pay
- Online banking: add Elexicon Energy, Inc. as a payee.
- EZ-Pay by KUBRA: credit card, Visa debit or bank account, with a service fee on each transaction that goes to KUBRA.
- Drop boxes: 24-hour boxes in places such as Ajax, Belleville and Whitby, for cheques or money orders. No cash.
- Mail: cheques to Box 4466, Station A, Toronto.
- Phone or bank counter.
Card payments can take 3 to 5 business days to show on your balance.
Pre-authorized payment plans
The variable plan takes the full bill from your bank account on the due date. The equal plan takes the same amount each month, on a day you pick between the 1st and the 28th. Sign up in my.elexicon under the Billing tab, then Payment Plans, with the banking details from a cheque. Only chequing accounts qualify, and you can't enrol within 10 days of your next due date.
Equal payment plan without withdrawals
A third option keeps a fixed monthly amount without automatic withdrawal. Twice a year Elexicon reviews your account and electricity use and adjusts the amount if needed. Every plan still produces a bill, and that bill is the record to keep.
Elexicon bills for every service address
With drop boxes from Ajax to Belleville, Elexicon serves many towns, and a landlord may hold accounts in several. Connect my.elexicon and our AI agent downloads each bill with bill fetching. E-billing notices can be captured with email receipt capture, and the bills are ready for tax receipts.
