How to download a London Hydro bill

London Hydro bills are in MyLondonHydro, the online account, and in the London Hydro app. Once you are paperless, MyLondonHydro keeps your payment history and PDF copies of your bills. Every London Hydro account is billed monthly.
Going paperless, with Aeroplan points
Log in to MyLondonHydro, open My Bills in the menu and select the plus sign next to Paperless Billing, then confirm and tick the box for email notifications. A checkmark replaces the plus sign once it is active. Add your Aeroplan number when you sign up and London Hydro gives 100 bonus points, then 5 points for each electronic bill. Customers already on paperless who add their number later earn the 5 points per bill without the bonus.
Bill lookup and usage data
Bill PDFs and payment history sit under the same login. MyLondonHydro also offers energy and water usage data with downloadable CSV files and high-use alerts, and the app sends an email or text reminder two days before a bill is due.
Ways to pay
- Card, for paperless customers: Visa or Mastercard in MyLondonHydro or the app with no added fee. Allow up to three business days.
- Paymentus: Mastercard or Visa online or at 1-866-416-0962, with a convenience fee London Hydro doesn't keep.
- Bank: website, telephone banking or ATM, using your 7- or 8-digit London Hydro billing number. Allow three business days.
- Drop box: at 111 Horton Street, by the visitor parking off Talbot Street. There is no payment counter inside.
- Mail: cheque or money order payable to London Hydro, with the remittance voucher. No cash.
Pre-Authorized Payments and Budget Billing
Fill in the Pre-Authorized Payment registration form and send it with a VOID cheque by email to BillingSupport@londonhydro.com, by mail, or by fax to (519) 661-5838. The monthly bill is then withdrawn automatically. To stop, email the Pre-authorized Cancellation Form. Budget Billing, set up in MyLondonHydro, estimates a monthly amount from the last 12 months, reviews it at six months and settles up at year end. The monthly bill keeps coming either way, and it is the document to save.
London Hydro bills saved month by month
A monthly bill is twelve PDFs a year per London rental. Connect MyLondonHydro and our AI agent downloads each one with bill fetching. Paperless notices can be captured with email receipt capture, and the bills are grouped for tax receipts.
