How to download a past Atmos Energy bill

Past Atmos Energy statements are in the Account Center: log in to view them, along with usage history and E-Bill settings. To pay without logging in, use Make a One-Time Payment with your account number and a card or checking account. Residential card payments carry no extra fee. Phone, mail, payment centers and the Automatic Payment Plan are the other routes.
Statement lookup in the Account Center
The Account Center is where Atmos keeps past statements and usage history, and its pages don't say how many months are available. E-Bill sends the bill by email with a summary and a link back to the Account Center. Atmos notes that E-Bill can make record-keeping easier, and you need an email address to sign up.
One-time payment without logging in
Have the account number plus debit card, credit card or checking account details. Residential customers can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo or Apple Pay with no extra fee. Eligible non-residential customers pay a third-party fee on cards. You can pay up to $350 more than your current balance.
Phone, mail and payment centers
- Phone: 888-286-6700, an automated system that takes a check or credit card.
- Mail: Atmos Energy, PO Box 740353, Cincinnati, OH 45274-0353, with the lower portion of the statement. Recording takes 7 to 10 days on average.
- Payment centers: independently operated, accepting debit or credit cards, personal checks, bank drafts or money orders.
Automatic Payment Plan
Log in to the Account Center to join. The monthly payment comes out of your bank account or a credit or debit card, and joining also signs you up for E-Bill, which sends statements and payment confirmations by email. Those emailed statements are what you keep, since a card or bank line only shows that Atmos was paid.
Atmos statements in your own files
Because the Automatic Payment Plan routes statements to your inbox, email receipt capture can file each one as it arrives. Bill fetching covers the Account Center side, with our AI agent logging in to save statements for every Atmos account you hold. Gas heating for a rental or office goes to tax receipts.
