How to download a past Spire bill

Spire, the natural gas utility in Missouri, Alabama and Mississippi (not C Spire, a different company), keeps monthly statements in My Account under billing and payment history. To pay without signing in, enter your account number and mailing ZIP code on the guest payment page. Auto Pay is free from a bank account.
Statement lookup in My Account
Billing and payment history lists account transactions and monthly statements, and Spire's pages don't say how many months stay online. For paperless billing, log into My Account, select Options, then Paperless Billing, and choose email, text or both. A final paper bill confirms the enrollment, and leaving the e-bill program brings paper bills back.
Guest payment steps
- Open the guest payment page.
- Enter your account number and mailing ZIP code, then click Continue.
- Enter the amount and your debit card, credit card or bank account.
- Confirm the payment.
The next screen confirms the payment, and Spire suggests printing it for your records.
Phone, mail and in person
Registered users can make the same one-time payment from My Account with a debit card, credit card or bank account. Spire's automated phone system takes payments 24/7. Mail goes to the address on your bill, and in-person payment locations are listed in the location finder. The ways-to-pay page covers every Spire area: Central and Northern Alabama, the Mobile area, Mississippi, and Eastern and Western Missouri.
Auto Pay setup
- Sign in to My Account, select Options, then Auto Pay.
- Choose a saved payment method or add one.
- Read the terms and select Confirm Auto Pay.
A confirmation number shows on screen and arrives by email. Auto Pay is 100% free when it draws from your bank account. Statements keep posting to billing and payment history, and they itemize the gas charges each draft covers.
Spire statements for your records
Bill fetching sends our AI agent into Spire My Account each month to save the statement, whether the service is in Eastern or Western Missouri, Alabama or Mississippi. Paperless emails go to email receipt capture, and a rental's gas costs to tax receipts.
