Nicor Gas lets you view and download previous statements in My Account, along with bill and payment history, usage and past meter readings. To pay without creating an account, pay online as a guest, or call 888.642.6748 and ask for a text with a payment link. Nicor Gas marks every payment method no fee, apart from postage on mail.
Previous statement lookup
My Account holds the bill and payment history and the previous statements to download. Paperless billing sends an email or text when a bill is ready, and if a notice never arrives, Nicor Gas expects you to sign in and check for new bills. Mobile paperless billing through Apple Wallet or Google Pay is also offered.
Ways to pay Nicor Gas

- Phone: 888.642.6748, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Mail: a check or money order with the stub to PO Box 5407, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5407.

AutoPay timing
AutoPay debits the bill amount from a bank account or a credit or debit card on the due date, with no fee. It may take a billing cycle or two to set up after you enroll. Residential bills are due 21 days after they are issued, and a returned check or refused electronic transfer adds $16.00 to the next bill. The statement still posts with AutoPay on and records the gas charges.
Nicor Gas statements on file
Bill fetching has our AI agent sign in to Nicor Gas My Account each month and download the new statement, building a heating cost file for northern Illinois homes and rentals. Bill-ready emails can go to email receipt capture, and the yearly total to tax receipts.
