How to download an Aqua water bill

Aqua bills are kept in the Aqua ePortal, on the web and in the Aqua ePortal app. Once your account is linked, the portal shows up to 24 months of billing history, your payment history and daily water use. To pay without registering, choose Make a One-Time Payment under Pay Now and Enroll Later on Aqua's payment page.
Linking an Aqua account
Create a profile with a username and password, then link the service using the account number from your bill and your billing ZIP code. The ePortal and the app are free and share one login. Several Aqua accounts can sit under that single login, which helps an owner with more than one property in an Aqua service area.
Billing history lookup and e-billing
The billing history in the ePortal goes back 24 months. Aqua's page doesn't say whether each bill downloads as a PDF. E-billing is optional: without it, paper bills keep coming, and you can switch back whenever you like. The portal also handles move-in and move-out requests and outage reports.
Ways to pay an Aqua bill
- ePortal or app: one-time payments, saved payment methods and payment history.
- No login: Make a One-Time Payment, under Pay Now and Enroll Later.
- Speedpay: online through Click to Pay, or by phone at 866.269.2906 with a card or a check. Speedpay charges $1.95 per transaction.
- Western Union: in person, for a fee.
- Mail: checks only, to Aqua, P.O. Box 70279, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0279, payable to Aqua plus your state name, such as Aqua Texas.
A same-day ePortal payment made after a shutoff notice is not enough by itself. Aqua asks you to also call Customer Service at 877.987.2782 with the confirmation number.
Autopay in the ePortal
Autopay is set up in the ePortal or the app. Aqua says customers already on autopay before the portal change were moved over with no action needed. The monthly bill keeps arriving with autopay on, and it is the record to file, since it shows the usage and charges behind each debit.
Aqua bills kept past the 24-month window
Two years of history runs out quickly for a rental file or a refinance. Connect your Aqua ePortal login and our AI agent signs in each billing cycle to fetch and file the newest bill with bill fetching. If you went paperless, the bill emails can come in through email receipt capture, and each property's water bills stay sorted for tax season.
