APS, Arizona Public Service, keeps current and previous bills on your My Account Dashboard at aps.com. To pay without logging in, all you need is your APS account number and mailing ZIP code. Bank account payments are free, while cards and digital wallets cost $2.65 per residential transaction.
Previous bill lookup on the dashboard
Sign in, or register for account access, and the dashboard lists every current and previous bill. Paperless customers get one email a month saying the bill is ready. APS also lets you add a guest role. That person can make payments without becoming responsible for the account. Its Safety Net program sends a copy of the monthly bill to a friend or relative.
Paying without logging in
The Pay without Logging In page asks for the APS account number and mailing ZIP code, then takes the payment. To pay a bill for someone whose account number you don't have, the Power of Giving program needs only their name and address.
Other ways to pay APS
- Bank account: no fee, and the details can be saved.
- Card or digital wallet: credit, debit, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Paymentus. The fee is $2.65 for residential accounts and 3% for commercial accounts.
- App: the same methods on a phone.
- Phone: 602-371-6555 or 866-776-0445.
- Mail: APS, P.O. Box 37812, Boone, IA 50037-0812, posting in 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash: CheckFreePay stores with your account number or the APS Cash Payment Barcode for $1.75, MoneyGram for $1.95, or kiosks, where card payments cost $2.95 and some Food City locations take cash for free.
AutoPay: enrolling, pausing and what still arrives
- Sign in to your APS account or register.
- Click Enroll Now and enter a bank account, card or digital payment method.
- Or mail the AutoPay form with a voided check to APS, P.O. Box 37816, Boone, IA 50037-0816 and allow up to five days.
AutoPay starts on the next billing cycle. Accounts on a cash-only agreement can't enroll, and card methods carry the same service fee as one-time card payments. To skip a month, pause AutoPay at least one business day before the due date and pay another way. Registered customers get the bill by email ahead of each withdrawal, and that bill is the record to keep.
APS bills for every Arizona property
Phoenix-area landlords and small businesses often carry several APS accounts on one login. Connect your APS account and our AI agent signs in, opens the dashboard and saves each new bill through bill fetching. Bill-ready emails are filed by email receipt capture, and every bill can be dropped into an expense report without retyping amounts.
