How to download a TXU Energy bill

TXU Energy bills are paid and reviewed in MyAccount: sign in to pay online or in the iPhone or Android app, and to see your billing history. For a duplicate copy of a bill, call 800-818-6132, verify your address and ask for it. AutoPay is free and can draw from a credit card, a debit card or a bank account.
Ways to pay TXU Energy
- MyAccount and the app: sign in and pay.
- Phone: 800-818-6132.
- Mail: your bill stub and payment to TXU Energy, PO Box 650700, Dallas, Texas 75265-0700. Don't mail cash back or welcome bonus cards there.
- In person: find a payment location and bring your statement.
Eligible accounts can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards, and most debit cards with a Pulse, Accel, NYCE or STAR logo.
AutoPay: when it drafts and how to stop it
Sign up for AutoPay from the MyAccount payment options. TXU Energy processes the payment about 5 days before the bill is due, or on the next banking day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday. If the payment is rejected, TXU tries again on the invoice due date.
Each month you still get a bill showing the AutoPay draft date and amount. Keep that bill, since it ties the draft to the electricity charges. To cancel, call 877-472-2898 or update your settings in MyAccount, and allow up to 14 business days for the change.
Billing history lookup and duplicate bills
Existing MyAccount users sign in to view billing history. The MyEnergy Dashboard inside MyAccount shows historical usage in detail. MyAccount can also deliver bills electronically for review without paper. When you need a reprint of a bill you no longer have, the duplicate request line is 800-818-6132.
TXU bills for Texas rentals and offices
A Dallas landlord with units on TXU, or a small office in Fort Worth, wants every bill on file without calling for duplicates later. Connect MyAccount and our AI agent signs in and saves each TXU Energy bill through bill fetching. Electronic bill emails are filed by email receipt capture, and the bills feed straight into an expense report or your bookkeeper's folder.
