How to download a past Reliant bill

Reliant keeps past bills in your online account: log in, click My Profile in the upper right, then Billing and Bill History in the left menu. From there you can view past bills, download PDF copies or request a mailed hard copy. To pay without logging in, Quick Pay needs only your account number and ZIP code.
Bill History lookup
Bill History is the place for older bills. For the current one, go to My Account, then Bill, click View Current Bill and print from your browser's file menu. Payment History, under My Account and Bill, shows each payment's status. Reliant's FAQ doesn't say how far back Bill History reaches.
Quick Pay and the other ways to pay
- Quick Pay: bank draft or credit card, credited almost instantly, no login.
- Online account and Reliant app: pay and save a preferred method.
- Phone: 713-207-7243 or 1-866-222-7100.
- In person: CheckFreePay at retailers such as Walmart, H-E-B and Kroger, Barri Financial Group at Latin American grocery stores, and Fidelity Express at convenience stores. A cash barcode payment is also available at participating retailers.
- Mail: Reliant, P.O. Box 650475, Dallas, TX 75265-0475.
Bank draft payments made online are credited shortly afterward unless scheduled for a later date. A payment can be cancelled until it is credited.
Setting up AutoPay
- Log in to your online account.
- Click Update and choose a credit card or a bank account.
- Confirm. Your bill will then show "Do Not Pay" next to the amount due.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover work for AutoPay. A card enrollment pays the current balance on the next due date. The paper enrollment form can be faxed instead, and mailed or faxed requests take up to 10 days. Bills keep posting to Bill History, and those PDFs are what to keep for each month.
Paperless billing and the payment coupon
Paperless billing is a single toggle under billing information in your online account. Because a paperless bill has no payment coupon, mailed checks can be delayed, and Reliant recommends paying online. The optional Weekly Summary Email adds bill estimates and usage insights.
Reliant PDFs without the menu maze
Three clicks deep is a lot to repeat every month for a Houston office or a few rental units. Connect your Reliant account and our AI agent signs in, opens Bill History and saves each PDF through bill fetching. Bill-ready emails are filed by email receipt capture, and each Reliant bill can be attached to an expense report as soon as it arrives.
