How to download a past NYSEG bill

NYSEG's My Account shows your last 24 bills and lets you pay without entering your account number or banking details each time. Without an account, Make a Guest Payment takes your account number and credit card. eBill customers get an email when each bill is ready.
Bill lookup with eBill and My Account
The customer portal holds your last 24 bills, and the welcome guide puts it as 24 months of history available anytime. To enroll in eBill, create a secure Login ID and password, select the accounts to view and pay online, and set your banking preferences. After the first online bill, later ones appear roughly 28 days after the date on the left side of your latest bill. You can also have NYSEG bills delivered to another online billing provider.
Guest payment, My Account and the app
The guest route suits a one-off card payment. Signed in, you can pay from checking, credit or debit at no cost, manage usage and preferences, or use the NYSEG app. NYSEG notes that accounts may be hard to reach from outside the United States because of security measures. Call 800.572.1111 in that case.
Phone, mail and walk-in payments
- Phone: 800.600.2275, then press 2, any time.
- Mail: check or money order with your account number to NYSEG, P.O. Box 847812, Boston, MA 02284-7812.
- In person: walk-in offices, approved pay agents or Western Union.
- Old gift cards: sales ended December 1, 2019, but cards are still honored. Mail them with a bill stub to P.O. Box 5240, Binghamton, NY 13902-5240. Third-party agents won't take them.
AutoPay, and two different dates
NYSEG's pages disagree on timing. The welcome guide says AutoPay deducts the payment from your bank account on the due date, enabled in the Preferences section of My Account. The billing help page says the deduction happens 23 business days after the bill is mailed. Both agree that each statement shows the actual withdrawal date, which makes the statement the document to trust and to file. You can also enroll with the printed AutoPay form or the form on the back of your bill.
NYSEG bills older than 24
Upstate landlords and seasonal camp owners often need more than two years of NYSEG history. Connect My Account and our AI agent signs in and saves each bill through bill fetching as it posts. The eBill emails are filed by email receipt capture, and each bill can be attached to an expense report.
