How to download a past Piedmont Natural Gas bill

Log in to your Piedmont Natural Gas Online Services account to view up to a year's worth of bills. View My Bill opens each month, remittance slip included. Payments go through the same account, Speedpay at 800.752.7504, the mail or an authorized paystation, and Automatic Bank Draft pays on the due date.
View My Bill: the past bill lookup
- Choose View My Bill on the Payment and Billing Options page.
- Log in to Online Services. Registering needs your account number from a bill and your ZIP code.
- Select the month you want to view or print.
The same screen is how you reprint a lost remittance slip before mailing a check.
Paying online
Log in and select the Make a Payment tab, then choose a bank account, or a credit card, debit card or eCheck through Speedpay. Credit cards are for residential customers only. Piedmont's FAQ calls online bank and card payments free, while the payment box on the same page says vendor fees may apply. Check the amount before you confirm. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo are listed too.
Speedpay, mail and paystations
- Phone: Speedpay at 800.752.7504, toll-free and around the clock, for a one-time payment processed the same day.
- Mail: Piedmont Natural Gas, P.O. Box 1246, Charlotte, NC 28201-1246, with the remittance slip and your account number. Allow seven to 10 days.
- Overnight: Piedmont Natural Gas Payments, 9642 David Taylor Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262, by USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- In person: bring your bill to an authorized paystation.
Automatic Bank Draft and paperless billing
With Automatic Bank Draft, the monthly payment is drafted from your bank account on the due date shown on your bill. Enroll by logging in to Online Services. For paperless billing, click Enroll Now under Paperless Billing Status in your Account Summary. The bill then comes by email and can be paid from your inbox. The drafted bill is still issued each month, and that bill is the one to save. The Equal Payment Plan is an option for spreading costs over 12 months.
Piedmont bills older than a year
Online Services stops at one year, and winter gas bills in the Carolinas and Tennessee are often the ones a tax preparer wants. Connect Online Services and our AI agent signs in and saves each bill through bill fetching. The paperless emails are filed by email receipt capture, and every bill is ready for an expense report.
