SRP customers can review up to three years of statements by logging in to SRP My Account. Paperless SRP eBill customers also get an email or text each time a bill is issued, with the amount and due date. Bills can be paid in My Account from a saved bank account, through Paymentus with a card or a wallet app, by phone, by mail or in cash at stores around the Valley.
Statement lookup with SRP eBill
- Log in to SRP My Account.
- Click My Profile & Settings, then Contact Info & Alerts.
- Find Paperless Billing and set it to ON.
Your statements stay viewable online 24/7, three years deep. You can switch back to paper at any time.
Paying online
In My Account you can schedule and make payments on one or several accounts with saved bank details, or send a one-time gift payment to someone else's account. Paymentus handles Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard credit cards, any debit card, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It accepts up to $750 per payment and charges a $2 processing fee. SRP collects no part of that fee, and automatic payments are not available through Paymentus.
Phone, cash and mail
- Phone: (602) 236-8888, 24 hours a day, with your nine-digit SRP account number. Paymentus also takes card, Amazon Pay, PayPal or Venmo payments toll-free at (855) 671-9276.
- Cash: more than 900 Valley locations, including convenience stores, grocery stores and pharmacies.
- Mail: SRP, P.O. Box 2951, Phoenix, AZ 85062-2951.
- Business ACH: payments in CTX or CCD+ format carrying the bill account number and amount, posted in two days in most cases.
SurePay automatic payments
SRP SurePay withdraws the monthly payment from your checking or savings account. It takes three to five business days to activate. After that, bills carry the line "Thank you for using SurePay. This bill is for your records only. Do not pay." along with the SurePay amount and the withdrawal date. SRP labels that bill for your records, and it is the one to file with your expenses.
Other options pair well with it: Budget Billing averages costs over the year, and Custom Due Date lets you pick the day of the month.
SRP statements past the three-year mark
Three years covers most needs, but Arizona rentals and solar owners often want a longer run of SurePay bills. Connect SRP My Account and our AI agent signs in and saves each statement through bill fetching. The eBill emails are filed by email receipt capture, and every bill is ready for an expense report.
