How to download a past Ameren bill

Ameren keeps past statements online for at least three years: log in to your Account Dashboard, click Billing & Payments, then Billing History. Ameren Illinois and Ameren Missouri customers use the same pages. To pay, log in and pay by card or electronic check, use Guest Pay without logging in, call Speedpay, or visit a pay station. Auto Pay withdraws the bill each month.
Billing History lookup on the web and in the app
On the website, Billing History reaches back at least three years. The Ameren mobile app shows a shorter stretch, past statements up to 12 months. Paperless billing delivers the bill by email, text or both, as an image of the paper bill, front and back. Log in to your online profile to enroll.
Illinois and Missouri accounts
The payment options page is shared by both states and picked with a location selector. It lists two Speedpay numbers, 1.888.777.3108 and 1.866.268.3729, without saying which state each serves. Use the number printed on your own bill. Business accounts in either state can also pay through EDI.
Paying an Ameren bill
- Log In & Pay: credit card, debit card or electronic check.
- Guest Pay: pay right now without logging in, with your 10-digit account number.
- Phone: Speedpay, Ameren's authorized payment vendor.
- In person: locations listed at amerenagents.com. A pay station charges $1.25.
- Gift of Energy: a payment toward a friend's, neighbor's or local business's balance.
Auto Pay enrollment
Log into the Account Dashboard and click Manage Programs to enroll. Pick a bank account or a credit or debit card, and Ameren withdraws the payment automatically each month at no charge. Every statement still lands in Billing History, and that statement, not the withdrawal, proves what the energy cost.
Ameren statements kept past three years
Three years of history is generous, yet it is still a window. Bill fetching sends our AI agent into your Ameren Account Dashboard each cycle to save the statement, for Illinois and Missouri accounts alike. Paperless emails can go to email receipt capture, and the energy share of a home office to tax receipts.
