How to download a WM (Waste Management) invoice

WM, formerly Waste Management, puts your current and past invoices in your My WM account on WM.com. For a business with a dumpster, a restaurant with weekly pickups or a property manager with several sites, that is where every waste bill lives.
Linking your service to My WM
To see an account's invoices online, it has to be linked to your login. You need two things from a paper or emailed invoice:
- Your WM ezPay ID, printed at the top right of the invoice.
- The billing ZIP code.
To add more services later (a second location, say), use the add, remove and edit accounts option in My Account.
Viewing and downloading invoices
- Sign in to My WM on WM.com.
- Open My Recent Bills & Payments.
- Select the invoice to view it, or download it to keep a copy.
Switching to paperless billing
- Open the Enroll in Paperless Billing page.
- If you have more than one account, choose the one to enroll from the drop-down.
- Confirm enrollment.
Enroll each location separately if you manage several.
The My WM app
The My WM app signs in with the same username and password. It shows pickup schedules and arrival estimates, takes payments and handles service requests, which is handy when an extra pickup shows up as a separate charge.
Waste bills in your books
Waste collection is a recurring operating cost, and many businesses pay it for several sites. Each invoice shows the service, the period and any extra charges, which you need when a bill jumps after an extra lift or a contamination fee.
WM invoices collected for every site
A waste account is the kind of bill that sits behind a login and gets paid late. Connect your My WM login once and our AI agent signs in when each invoice posts, downloads it and files it by location with bill fetching, and the bill reaches accounts payable with time to approve it. With paperless billing on, WM's invoice notifications can also go to a mailbox that email receipt capture reads, giving you a second record the day it is issued.
