How to download a Republic Services invoice

Republic Services keeps invoices in your online account. Residential, commercial and industrial customers use the same account dashboard, though the features shown can depend on the account type.
Setting up the online account
Sign up for an online account on republicservices.com and link your service. The dashboard brings together bill pay, invoice history, service requests and customer support.
Viewing and printing past invoices
- Sign in to your Republic Services account.
- Open your invoice history from the dashboard.
- View the invoice you need and print or save it.
Payment history is in the same account, which helps when you need to show a bill was paid.
Paperless billing
- Go to the Payments page.
- Open the paperless billing settings link.
- Switch paperless billing on.
You then get an email notification each time an invoice is available. Republic's terms require a valid email address for these notices, and you can cancel paperless invoices at any time.
Autopay
You can enroll in autopay from the online account. Autopay pays the bill; it does not file it. Keep downloading the invoices for your records.
Paying without an account
The bill pay page offers a one-time guest payment for residential, commercial, industrial and roll-off customers. A guest payment does not give you access to invoice history.
Waste bills for a business
Commercial waste bills often change month to month with extra pickups, container changes or fuel and environmental charges. The invoice is the only document that explains the change.
Republic Services invoices filed by themselves
Once paperless is on, each invoice notification is an email that email receipt capture can pick up the day it arrives. The invoice itself stays in your account: connect the login and our AI agent signs in, opens invoice history and saves each new invoice with bill fetching, location by location. Accounts payable sees the bill while there is still time to question an extra charge.
