Vivint

Vivint statements live in the Account Center. Sign in with the account's primary email, select Billing in the left menu, then Billing History, and click the arrow beside a statement to download it. Payments are listed on their own under Transaction History.

Billing history lookup in the Account Center

  1. Log in to the Account Center.
  2. The welcome page shows the current amount due. Select Billing in the left-hand menu for the details.
  3. Choose Billing History and click the arrow next to the statement you need.
  4. For payments, choose Transaction History and open the arrow on a line to see more about that payment.

Why the primary email matters

Vivint ties billing to the primary email on the account. Its help pages say you can only make a payment, or view and update billing information, when signed in under that address. A property manager added as a secondary user may control the system in the app and still never see a bill. Ask the account holder for the primary login, or for each statement to be forwarded.

Paying a Vivint bill and turning on AutoPay

For a one-time payment, sign in, click Make a Payment, enter the amount and the payment method, then click Continue. Paying more than the bill is fine: Vivint applies the extra to future months. Mailed payments in the U.S. go to Vivint Inc., 62992 Collection Drive, Chicago, IL 60693-0629.

AutoPay is attached to a payment method. Under Billing, scroll to Settings, open Payment methods, click Add New Account, enter a card or bank account and tick the AutoPay check box before clicking Add Account. AutoPay does not stop the monthly statement from appearing in Billing History, and that statement remains the record to keep.

Picking a billing date for each site

Any date from the 1st to the 31st can be your billing date. On AutoPay it is the day the withdrawal happens; without AutoPay it is the due date. Changes go through the Customer Solutions chat bubble, and moving the date mid-cycle adds a prorated adjustment to the next bill. Lining up the dates across several properties shortens month-end reconciliation.

What the Vivint bill covers, and what it leaves out

Monitoring is invoiced one month in advance, which is why a bill can fall due before the period it covers is over. Equipment bought on a Fortiva line of credit is billed by Fortiva on a separate statement at myfortiva.com, and older Citizens Pay loans are billed by Citizens. Vivint charges $1 for a paper statement, and Fortiva adds its own $2 paper fee.

Vivint statements filed for every property

Billing History keeps the statements, but someone still has to click each arrow, every month, for every account. Connect the primary Account Center login and our AI agent signs in after each statement date, downloads it and files it under the right property through bill fetching. Fortiva and other emailed notices can go through email receipt capture, and a site manager who pays a Vivint bill personally can claim it in an expense report.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, for the account holder. In the Account Center, Billing and then Billing History lists past statements with a download arrow on each. You must be signed in with the primary email or the billing pages stay out of reach.

In the Account Center, go to Billing, then Settings and Payment methods. Add a card or bank account, tick the AutoPay box and click Add Account.

Vivint invoices its monthly monitoring fees one month in advance. The due date therefore comes before the end of the period being billed.

Not in the Vivint Account Center. Fortiva lines of credit are billed at myfortiva.com (800-710-2961), and older Citizens Pay loans at pay.citizensbank.com (844-737-6900).
