Brinks Home

Brinks Home statements are PDFs in the Customer Portal and the Brinks Home app. In the portal, click the Billing tab, scroll to Statements and pick one from the list to download it. Payment History is a separate page and does not include the statement itself.

Downloading statements in the portal or the app

On a desktop, log in to the Customer Portal, click Billing in the tabs at the top and scroll down to Statements. Select one from the recent list and open the PDF. In the app, tap the three lines at the top left, choose My Account, tap Billing and scroll to Statements. Your device then prompts you to download and open the file.

Payment history lookup

To check what was paid, open Payment History from the left navigation or the quick links in the portal, or from the quick links under My Account in the app. It lists payments and any credits issued. It leaves out the itemized charges, which is why it belongs next to the monthly statement rather than in place of it.

What a Brinks Home statement shows

The gray box at the top holds the Customer Number, the identifier Brinks Home asks for when you contact support, and the Payment Due Date. Below it, the total due breaks down into 24-hour monitoring, a Cost Recovery Fee of $6.40 a month and tax that varies by municipality. Extra equipment, past-due balances, credits, permit charges and technician visits are added when they apply.

Paying a Brinks Home bill and enrolling in AutoPay

  • Guest pay: on brinkshome.com, open Customer Support, choose Make Payment, then Pay as a Guest. A code sent to your phone or email opens the unpaid statement. Pay by card or ACH, then download the receipt at the bottom of the confirmation page.
  • App: My Account, then Make a Payment, with a saved or new bank account or card.
  • Phone: 469.391.4024, with a $5.95 convenience fee for a live agent.

To enroll in AutoPay, select AutoPay Enrollment in the portal's left navigation, or AutoPay Settings in the app, where enrolled customers can also change the draft day. On AutoPay the due date is the draft date, and a statement is still issued each month as the record of that charge. Paper statements cost $5.99 a month, and a payment received more than 26 days after the billing date draws a $5.00 late fee.

Brinks Home statements kept without paper fees

Going paperless saves the $5.99 fee, and it also means nothing lands in the mailbox to remind anyone. Connect the Customer Portal login and our AI agent signs in each month, downloads the new statement PDF and files it by Customer Number through bill fetching. A manager who pays one property's bill on a personal card can claim it in an expense report, and the monitoring costs add up for tax time.
