Wyze subscription invoices, Cam Plus included, are PDFs on the Wyze web portal. Log in at my.wyze.com/account/billing and click the invoice total to open and download it. Each invoice also shows the tax breakdown and the state tax rate that was applied.

- Go to my.wyze.com/account/billing and log in with your Wyze account.
- Click the total of the invoice you want. It opens as a PDF you can download.
The billing page is part of the web portal. Use a browser for it rather than the Wyze app.
Which plans the billing page covers
Wyze groups its paid plans as Wyze Services or Security Plans: Wyze Home Monitoring, Cam Plus, Cam Unlimited, Sprinkler Plus, Cam Plus Lite and Cam Protect. Wyze says it is responsible only for charges made on wyze.com and my.wyze.com. A plan bought through Apple, Google or Amazon is charged by that company, and Wyze does not control the tax on it. Look for that receipt in the store account that charged you.
Sales tax on a Cam Plus invoice
Wyze collects sales tax on subscriptions based on the billing address, and on hardware based on the shipping address. Some states do not tax digital services; others apply their standard rate. Keep the billing address on my.wyze.com current, since it decides the rate. Tax charged on a subscription is not refunded. A tax-exempt organization can send Wyze Support a photo of its exemption form with the Wyze order number, for purchases made directly from wyze.com.
Changing plans and the number of cameras
At my.wyze.com/account/services, click the subscription, then Manage Subscription. From there you can switch from monthly to annual or to Cam Unlimited, and raise or lower the quantity, then click Continue. Moving from Cam Plus to Cam Unlimited charges the full Cam Unlimited price that day, and Wyze applies what was left on the old plan to the next renewal. Expect an invoice that looks larger than usual in that month.

Every plan change or added camera on my.wyze.com produces another invoice to keep track of. Connect your Wyze account and our AI agent signs in to the billing page, downloads every new invoice PDF and files it through bill fetching.
